Most of our products are usually ready to ship in 24 hours. You can return new and unused items within 30 days.
Turn around time for custom items is 10 days but it will always be faster if there is any way possible. Boutique clothing and items that are shipped direct from the warehouse usually ship within 5-10 days and will ship directly to you. Custom items will shit with USPS at the cheapest rate available unless you specify other.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelling an order is only possible if it hasn't already shipped. We strive to ship packages as quickly as possible, so cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. We are not able to revise orders once they have been placed. If you made an error on your order it is best to contact us to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items.
We are unable to add products to an order that has already been placed due to our current order fulfillment system. We have the ability to remove things from an order if it has not been fulfilled and transported by our warehouse. Only if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and dispatched can they be merged. Please contact our customer service department during normal business hours to verify the status of your purchase and inquire about combining orders. We will try our best to accommodate you.
Check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the package has been recorded as delivered, and double-check the mailing address in the e-mail to make sure it is right. Please make sure your mail carrier did not perform any of the following before contacting us:
• Put your package in your mailbox
• Leave your package at your back door or in your garage
• Leave your package with your neighbors or with whoever opened the door at your address
• Leave your package with the front office or front desk if you live in an apartment, dorm, or gated community
• Leave your package in your post office box, or in a parcel locker at your local post office, or at a parcel locker in your neighborhood.
If you have a missing shipment, we will do everything we can to assist you in finding a solution. However, depending on the conditions, this could take several days because we'll have to file a claim with the delivery company and interact with them to figure out what's going on. Please contact us with your order details, and we'll get started.
Please contact us within three business days of the delivery date if you believe you have received a defective or damaged item.
Our goal is to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you! As a workaround to the error you are receiving, we cannot override our system or place the order for you. Your billing address for the order does not match the billing address on file with your bank.
The package can be shipped anywhere, but on the third page of checkout, the billing address must match what your bank has on file for security reasons. We are unable to push through your order if your billing address is incorrect.
You are using an American Express credit card without entering the CVV number on the front of the card.
